Carrie Underwood Reflects On Winning ‘American Idol’ 12 Years Later!

Honestly, it is still kind of insane to think that we got Carrie Underwood from ‘American Idol‘. Now don’t get me wrong, the show has definitely produced some huge stars, Kelly Clarkson, Adam Lambert, Jennifer Hudson, Chris Daughtry, just to name a few.

It is just so strange to think that Carrie was up there every week fighting to stay alive in a singing competition. She won though, and she has absolutely lived up to the title of being an idol.

Carrie has always been very vocal about how much she does appreciate having a platform like ‘American Idol’. I remember reading somewhere that she even gave her number to every winner of the show in case they had any questions. Such a helpful legend.

Well 12 years ago on this day, Carrie was crowned the winner of ‘American Idol’ and I do believe she has lived up to the title.

Leonardo DiCaprio & Kate Winslet Were So Cute At The 2016 SAG Awards

Leo and Kate have been very open about their friendship since filming the ‘Titanic’ and last night showed that their friendship has lasted. They have a Matt and Ben kind of friendship, you feel me?

At the Golden Globes we were kind of robbed with the Leo and Kate moments that happened during commercial break. The SAG Awards made up for it though. The two of them took pictures of the red carpet, they sat together, and when Leo won his first SAG award ever, him and Kate shared a big hug. #Relationshipgoals, I mean #friendshipgoals. I mean we can always hope maybe one day they will be together, that would be something,  wouldn’t it?

Congrats to Leo on his big win and congrats to Kate for being nominated! May your friendship last a lifetime.

Man Crush Monday: Leonardo DiCaprio

Is there any explanation needed right here? Last night Leo cleaned himself up, went to an awards show, and won the biggest award of the night. Now Leo has won a Golden Globe before but I feel like this could be his year for the Oscar. I know, I know it is bad to jinx it like that but come on!

Leo has been breaking hearts since the early 90’s and remains as one of the biggest heartthrobs in Hollywood. Not many people can say that. He is one of the best actors of our generation and has been able to transform from young Hollywood actor, to one of the most powerful people in Hollywood.

Wait, Is Macklemore Attractive?

Last night I was watching the Grammy’s like most of the world and of course Macklemore was one of the biggest winners of the night, he also married a bunch of people. Well no, Queen Latifah married a bunch of people but he brought the soundtrack to the wedding. Anyway, I had one question mind the entire time I saw him, am I attracted to him?

Now normally I don’t find gingers very attractive, I also normally don’t find white rappers attractive, if they aren’t Eminem I just tend to laugh at them. Mac Miller is the finest example of that. I also usually like guys with darker features, dark hair, dark eyes, you are my type! So looking at Macklemore the only thing that he has that I would normally go for is a nice jawline, that jawline could cut a damn rock!

Macklemore also has a really weird speaking voice, it is kind of raspy and weird, right? That just makes me like him more! It means that when he sings he gives it all that he has, or he was just born with a voice like that. After seeing him about three hours on my screen though I came to the solid conclusion that Macklemore is in fact good looking and talented.

Congrats on the certified hotness level Macklemore, I hope that you continue to make party music and don’t take yourself too seriously.
