Demi Lovato & Boyfriend Guilherme “Bomba” Vasconcelos Spar In Cute Instagram Video

For a while I wasn’t sure how I would feel about Demi dating Bomba but hey, they are freaking adorable. They are all over social media posting about each other, and it’s truly adorable.

The couple met at the gym that Demi goes to. Apparently it is a popular gym in the Los Angeles area where a lot of UFC and MMA trainers go to. Demi takes it very seriously if you’ve ever seen her Instagram story you’ll know how much she is there.

Last night though Demi took to Instagram to show off a video of her taking down her boyfriend during a sparring match. It’s a completely adorable video all around and know what?

I ship it! Finally Demi is with a man I can ship her with because we all know how I felt about Wilmer.

Demi Lovato & Luke Rockhold Hold Hands In NYC At UFC 205

Last week Demi Lovato and her new boyfriend Luke Rockhold stepped out at an LA Rams games, but the couple weren’t photographed holding hands or anything like that. The couple went to UFC 205 last night and left holding hands. It looks like they are really ready to let the world know that they are definitely official!

The couple has reportedly been dating since early August, but have recently started to become much more serious. They reportedly met at at the Unbreakable Performance Center in Los Angeles since Demi is often there doing UFC training.

It’s pretty clear that these two are taking things more seriously and I am a fan. Luke is a total babe and Demi is seriously looking better than ever.

Demi Lovato & Luke Rockhold Hang Out At LA Rams Game!

So there have been some rumors that Demi has been dating UFC star Luke Rockhold and it looks like they are a real life couple. Well, they are willing to share the fact that they are at least spending time with each other. Demi, 24 and Luke, 32 have been reportedly dating since summer, after they both started showing off their matching pinky tattoos.

Unfortunately the Rams ended up losing but hey, we have a picture of Demi and her new beau, therefor it is a win for us!

Maybe we will be getting some more pictures of the couple from here on out!

Man Crush Monday: Conor McGregor

I’ve never been a big fan of the UFC but between Conor McGregor and Chris Weidman I think I am going to have to become one. Over the weekend Conor won a highly anticipated match in just 13 seconds. That’s right, 13 seconds and the fight was over. Now again I am not UFC specialist but I will say that sounds pretty impressive to me!

Now back to why Conor is this weeks Man Crush Monday. First of all just look at him! He kind of reminds me of Charlie Hunnam, but like his badass cousin or something like that. Conor can dress up and look dapper, or wear his little shorts and kick ass. Either way I am really into it.

So congrats on the big win this weekend! You are incredibly handsome and can kick major ass! Is there anything else you would want in a man?

Man Crush Monday: Chris Weidman

Now I am not going to sit there and pretend like I actually watch UFC fights because I don’t. I know about the sport, I know that there is no elbows to the head, but other than that nothing. Apparently though this weekend was a big match for the Middle Weight championship and Chris Weidman ended up winning the title!

Of course the fight meant nothing to me but as I was casually scrolling through Instagram and saw his picture I realized I may have to start watching this sport. I mean Chris is a hottie for sure! Tall, dark, and handsome just how I like my men. Plus he could kick anyone’s ass which is sexy too.

Just a few fun stats about Weidman, he stands 6’2, weighs 186, and is from New York. Not too shabby if you ask me.

Nick Jonas Packs On Muscle For New Movie Role

ImageGod bless Nick Jonas and his Instagram account. I never realized how much I truly appreciate that little social media site until right now.  I will say that Nick Jonas has really come out of left field. When he turned, what 20? When he turned 20 it was like the gloves were off, puberty helped him in a very good way.

Anyway, Nick Jonas is bulking up for a new movie where he is going to play a UFC fighter. I should always train like this, muscle looks good on him.

Congrats for looking incredible Nick Jonas, keep up the good work, I will keep noticing!
