If you follow this blog at all, you know that I love me some Sterling K. Brown. He is definitely one of my favorite actors out there right now, that’s for sure.
Today, Sterling turns 41 and I just wanted to wish him a happy birthday!

So we all know that Sterling K. Brown is one of the sexiest men in Hollywood, right? On the red carpet he always looks dope, his acting is out of this world, and his has this deep voice that is so sexy.
Okay, I will stop before I go too far.
Today Sterling went on Instagram to show off his chiseled abs. He has shows off his body before in ‘This Is Us’ but nothing like this. Clearly Sterling has been working out and it’s really paying off.
In case you didn’t know Sterling is about to be in very high demand. He is of course on the hit television show ‘This Is Us’ but he is also set to star in the remake of ‘The Predator’ and Marvel’s ‘Black Panther’ movie.
So take it all in. I am going to request more shirtless photos though, we deserve it!

Most people are aware of the show ‘This Is Us‘ and how it is definitely one of the best shows on television. I swear the writing of the show just continues to get better and better. The acting is definitely the best on television too. The entire cast is amazing and it’s just such a beautiful story of a family.
Well it looks like NBC wants us to know that they are committed to keeping this show on air because it’s beyond amazing.
Looks like I will need to stock up on tissues every single fall because this show knows how to play with your emotions.

The glow up with Mandy Moore is real. The first time that she walked the red carpet at the Golden Globes was back in 2000 and now here she is, 17 years later and she hasn’t aged a day.
Tonight Mandy is nominated for her work on ‘This Is Us’ and I am hoping that she wins. Honestly her acting is so insanely perfect and I think that there is a good shot.
She really deserves to be recognized for basically her career. Mandy went from being a bubblegum pop artist to becoming an amazing actress.

There is no doubt that Sterling K. Brown is my biggest celebrity crush at the moment. I mean his voice, his looks, and he is also very intelligent. Sterling is really just the total package, I think that it is okay to say that.
His wife, Ryan Michelle Bathe also looks very, very beautiful.
These two have been my favorite red carpet couple for the past year and I think that they will continue to be one of the best looking couples when awards season comes around!
Sterling is nominated for his role in ‘The People vs OJ Simpson’ and his probably going to win. Can’t wait!

You know, usually I think that mustaches are total turn offs but somehow Milo pulls it off. Never in a million years did I think that I would be attracted to a man with a mustache, but here I am.
Damn Milo, you are just killing this look!
Of course Milo stars in the insanely popular show ‘This Is Us’, and he is a presenter on the Golden Globes tonight!
It looks like he decided to go for a dark blue suit rather than a black suit, something I can appreciate.

One of my biggest celebrity crushes out there right now has to be Sterling K. Brown.There is just something about him that I really love. Well he is an amazing actor, that is for sure, then he also has this voice. You know what I am talking about? Sometimes people just have a voice that is so damn sexy. Well Sterling has that.
Okay, back to being on topic , I will stop lusting after Sterling.
It was reported today that he will be joining the already insanely talented cast of ‘Black Panther’. It will be a part of the Marvel family and I believe will probably crossover with ‘The Avengers’. No, that was total speculation, don’t believe that.
The movie is set to be released in 2018 and the cast is truly incredible. Maybe on of the bet Marvel casts of all time if you ask me.
So far it starts Martin Freeman, Forest Whitaker, Michael B Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Chadwick Boseman, Angela Bassett, and now of course Sterling K. Brown.
Really though, what a talented and good looking cast.

So I think that I have made it fairly clear that I have a giant crush on Sterling K. Brown. He is an incredible actor, he is incredibly handsome, and his voice is incredibly soothing. I know I said incredible a lot, but it is the only word I can really think of. He is just incredible all around.
Tonight is the Critics’ Choice Award and he showed up looking dapper as all hell.
After watching him walk down the red carpet, I have an even bigger crush on him and I have no regrets!

I know that title was a mouthful and I am not really all that sorry about it. I needed to get you guys to open! In case you’ve been living under a rock, Sterling K Brown is on one of the best new shows of the year ‘This Is Us’. I promise you that this show is going to be nominated for just about everything once award season comes around.
Well tonight Sterling took to Twitter to let everyone know that not only is he an incredible actor, he is also extremely strong. Yup!
Tonight he posted videos of putting Milo and Justin on his back and doing a few push ups as they stayed put. Actually all of the guys were doing push ups with each other on their backs. Must be a guy thing, I don’t know but I am kind of into it.

Let me start off by saying, if you aren’t watching Milo’s new show “This Is Us” you are really missing out. It is by far one of the best shows on television right now, so get on it!
Alright, now let’s talk about Milo, our Man Crush Monday winner of the week! Milo has been around for what feels like forever. He of course got his big break on “Gilmore Girls” where he played Jess and then went on to “Heroes” where he was one of the lead actors there. He had been able to manage being in the spotlight and continue to at least have small roles on television and movies.
After watch “This Is Us” I became even more attracted to Milo. The show helped me realize that he is actually a great actor with range. Let’s be real when he was Jess he mostly just scowled and said sarcastic comments. I also didn’t like Jess at all but after watching “This Is Us” I am seeing Milo in a whole new light.
One thing about him that I am attracted to is that he seems educated. He speaks very proper and I don’t know. I just think that he is smart. He is also not so bad to look at, which is obviously a plus.
With his little crooked smiled and constantly changing facial hair Milo has won his way into my heart and into hearts of women all over the world.
