Mindy Kaling Is Expecting Her First Child!

You read that title right! Mindy Kaling is expecting her first child and I might be the most excited about it! Well you know, next to her, her family, the father, the father’s family, I am the next one after all of them.

Today it was confirmed to E News by multiple sources that Mindy is indeed pregnant with her first child.

According to reports, this was an unexpected surprise but in the past Mindy has talked about wanting to be a mother. So I am so fucking happy for her, can you tell?

There is no word on who the father is but the truth is, who gives a fuck? Mindy is pregnant and will be an amazing mother. Her kid will definitely be the best dressed kid in all the land.

Congrats to Mindy!

Also on a side note, I can’t be the only one hoping that the father is B.J. Novak, right?

Mindy Kaling & BJ Novak Couple Up At The Vanity Fair Oscars Party

Mindy Kaling has written about her complicated friendship with BJ Novak. During ‘The Office’ the two were kind of dating but also weren’t, they were the best of friends then would get into insane fights. In my opinion, it seems like they are in love. I don’t know that is just coming from an outsider who is hoping that they are in love because they would be adorable together.

Last night Mindy and BJ coupled up though and went to the annual Vanity Fair Oscars Party.

These two just need to admit their love for one another, it’s that simple. Or they can just keep us guessing, in reality they can do whatever they damn well please. I am rambling, I know but I just really want them together but I also want to be able to support a platonic friendship between two members of the opposite sex. Do you feel me?

Anyway, Mindy posted a few photos of their night out and it will give you all the feels.

Woman Crush Wednesday: Mindy Kaling

Whether Mindy is playing Mindy Lahery on “The Mindy Project” or Kelly Kapour on “The Office” I love her. I love her all the time because she is easily one of the funniest women on television, no strike that, in the world, and no one gives her enough credit. She doesn’t take herself seriously and is self-aware. I hate people who pretend that they don’t know they are hilarious. Mindy straight up owns the comedic skills that God or whoever has given her and that is why she is who she is.

Like most of the world I was introduced to Mindy when she was the celebrity obsessed girl on “The Office” which I absolutely loved. Clearly I have a blog based on celebrities so I can see exactly where she is coming from. Then I followed her career to her own show, and read her book. Yup, this chick is also an author of a hilarious book called  Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns). I highly recommend it since I couldn’t stop laughing and couldn’t put it down. In fact my laughter was quite annoying on the plane that I read the book on. 

Clearly Mindy is one of my idols. She is self confident, smart, and absolutely hilarious. One of my favorite lines she has ever delivered was from the movie “Five Year Engagement” when she starts to text herself when she is drunk and simply says “yes I am texting myself I am way too drunk to remember this.” Gold, absolute gold.

If you haven’t really looked into her book, or watched her show I highly recommend it. Mindy is a goddess that we should all look up to. Also follow her on Twitter because as I have stated a million times before, she is hilarious. Even though she is open about hating the term girl crush, maybe woman crush is more acceptable?

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt Are The Cutest Couple Of All Time

These two little married love birds just had a beautiful little girl and now look at them. Just walking with their arms wrapped all around each other and being in love. I have a feeling that John Krasinski is the sweetest man in the world. He was perfect as Jim.
