If you follow this blog at all you know that I love Ryan Phillippe and he is definitely one of my top celebrity crushes. I have had a crush on him since 1998 and considering the fact he has barely aged, I still have a crush on him.

Well he went on on “Sway’s Universe” Tuesday on SiriusXM and finished his interview by rapping.

I am not mad about this at all.

When he rapped about being a father and a daddy I blushed.

The whole interview is pretty awesome, I would suggest you listen to it all but the rap starts around the 22 minute mark.

Aubrey O’Day Exposes Payola For Radio Plays

In case you don’t know who Aubrey O’Day was a part of the legendary girl group Danity Kane and now she is a part of Dumb Blondes, still legendary. Honestly, I love Aubrey. She is the real deal, if you follow her on Twitter you will know exactly what I mean.

Well, Aubrey was on Sway in the morning and she got real about the radio game.

Basically, you have to pay in order to get some plays, that simple.

Oh just in case you don’t know what payola is, according to Wikipedia, it is “in the music industry, is the illegal practice of payment or other inducement by record companies for the broadcast of recordings on commercial radio in which the song is presented as being part of the normal day’s broadcast. Under U.S. law, a radio station can play a specific song in exchange for money, but this must be disclosed on the air as being sponsored airtime, and that play of the song should not be counted as a “regular airplay”.” 

It is a big no, no but listen to Aubrey calling out the radio industry while being on the radio, I absolutely love it!
