Do you ever hear a song and just think, why?

That is kind of how I feel about this Ed Sheeran and Beyonce remix. I genuinely don’t think that Beyonce brings anything to this song.

Listen, I get it, everyone loves Beyonce. Everyone wants to be Beyonce and I can’t blame them. This song just doesn’t get better adding her voice to it.

Truly, it is that simple.

This song is boring. I get that it is a love song, Ed sounds great, Beyonce sounds great, together I just get an astounding “meh”.

DJ Khaled Releases Song Of The Summer “Wild Thoughts” Featuring Rihanna & Bryson Tiller – Listen Here

Any song that wants to sample Santana’s “Maria, Maria” is a dope song in my opinion.

Although I find DJ Khaled almost unbearable there is one thing that is true, he can make some incredible songs. He always had, I mean even “All I Do Is Win” was an amazing song.

This one may be one of my favorites of his though.

Rihanna and Bryson Tiller absolutely killed it on this one.

I will take this over “I’m The One” any day of the week!

Listen To Jax Jones’ “Instruction” Featuring Demi Lovato & Stefflon Don

You know what I can’t handle anymore? Demi Lovato putting out straight bangers and watching her struggle to climb the charts. Demi’s voice deserves better, I think that we can all agree with that.

This song has potential to become a song of the summer but for some reason mainstream radio hates playing Demi.

I like this song, it’s fun and boppy, that’s all you need for a summer tune.

Liam Payne Releases Official “Strip That Down” Video – Watch Here!

This song has received a lot of hate and I just don’t understand.

Out of all the One Direction guys, I will say this is definitely the weakest first song, but I mean, it’s not bad. It’s simple but I don’t think that simple makes it bad. Everyone is just salty because he referenced saying that he left 1D.

The music video is lame, I will say that. It seems like he is trying to be like JT back in the day. Liam definitely has talent but I kind of hate the video, if I listen to the song without the video I like it, but with the video? I don’t know, it’s almost too corny.

Unfortunately for all of us, Liam did not strip it down in the video.

Lorde’s Next Single Is “Perfect Places” – Listen Here!

I have missed Lorde so much. That’s really all that I can say. I have always loved her sound and her lyrics, I even love her insane dance moves.

This song is a very solid one. I know a lot of people complained about “Green Light” not sounding like Lorde, but she is clearly evolving as an artist and we all better get behind it!

“Perfect Places” definitely reminds me of old Lorde though, and it’s good to hear.

Can’t wait for those summer nights with the windows down while blasting this song.

Kygo & Ellie Goulding Team Up For “First Time” – Listen Here!

Ellie Goulding has one of the most under appreciated voices in the business. Ellie Goulding and Jesse J deserve more respect! There I said it!

Kygo is definitely one of the hottest producers out right now. Everyone loves “It Ain’t Me” and I am telling you that “First Time” is going to be just as hot. Ellie has so many hits under her belt I am so happy he teamed up with Kygo.

Ever since Ed kind of trashed Ellie in “Don’t” she has been a bit quiet but this is definitely a good song to remind everyone that you’re a star.

Austin Mahone & Pitbull Team Up For “Lady”

Remember Austin Mahone? No? Well he put out that one bop “What About Love” but unfortunately after that hit there wasn’t much momentum. To be fair, he was also trying to come up when Bieber was at the top of his game, not an easy thing to do.

Well it looks like Austin is coming out with some new music and I hope this time it takes off.  Austin is really talented, he does have a really good voice and he is a babe.

Now he is 21 so it’s totally okay that I say that.

I have a feeling that Austin is going to put out mostly club music but I am positive that he tried to bring back that 90’s pop sound he started with he would blow up again!

As for Pitbull’s verse in this song? I am all set, it is gross.

Lady Gaga Performed New Song “The Cure” At Coachella!

Last night Lady Gaga performed at Coachella in place of Beyonce performing. As most people know Beyonce is pregnant with twins and wasn’t able to perform so Gaga stepped up big time!

Well, she surprised the crowd with a new song, “The Cure” and I love it.

It’s the perfect summer bop!

This song has a very early 2000’s vibe to it and I will never complain about that kind of vibe.

Let’s play that this song gets the radio plays that it deserves!

On another note, Gaga reportedly absolutely slayed her entire set.

Harry Styles Drops First Solo Track “Sign Of The Times” – Listen Here!

Damn Harry Styles, you just killed it with your first solo song.

Personally I think it might be the strongest first song from any of the former One Direction boys. We all know Zayn had his “Pillowtalk” song, Niall with “This Town”, and then Louis with “Just Hold On”.

I really thought that Niall’s song would be my favorite out of all of their debut singles but Harry’s is really close. Of course we have yet to hear anything from Liam , but it will definitely be hard to top the two I previously listed.

Harry’s song is already number one on ITunes and will play on all IHeart sponsored stations at the top of every hour.

Get ready for the Harry Styles take over.

As far as his first solo album, Harry said to expect it soon but there isn’t a specific date just yet.

Selena Gomez Drops “Only You” For ’13 Reasons Why’ Soundtrack

In case you didn’t know Selena Gomez and her team decided to make the book ’13 Reasons Why’ and turn it into a Netflix original series. She has been very vocal about her passion for this story and how she wanted to tell it.

A little backstory, the book came out in 2007 and gained a huge following.

According to Wikipedia, “Clay Jensen, a shy high school student, returns home from school one day to find that he has received a mysterious package in the mail. It contains thirteen cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker, a classmate who recently committed suicide. The tapes were sent to various other people before arriving at Clay’s door.”

Sound pretty interesting if you ask me.

Selena has two songs on the soundtrack but today she released “Only You” a really beautiful ballad.

This seems like it will be pretty popular because of Selena’s fan base and the story seems pretty interesting.
