Just a heads up, stay out of the comments section on this video. Country music has changed and evolved over the years, some people can’t handle it and they take their anger out on YouTube comment sections.

Really though, I have to applaud every celebrity who has ever been involved in reading their ‘Mean Tweets‘ because they are hysterical. You have to be a good sport to laugh at yourself and it’s awesome that they were able to do just that.

For some reason Willie Nelson’s mean tweet made me cackle.

Music Monday: “10 AM” – Chase

If you remember, Celebrities Are Tragic featured Chase back in May with his song “Love U” and he is back out with another hit, “10 AM”.

Somehow, I don’t know how, but Chase is an unsigned artist with incredible talent. He is an amazing writer and rapper, with songs that come from the heart. It is one of the many reasons why I have been a fan of this artist since day one. His focus on perfecting his craft is extremely impressive and with each new track, he just keeps getting better.

This song is a more personal track for Chase, which he explained to me. “So it was written for a girl I had a one night stand with I had to be at work at 10 am the next day, so it’s all the events leading up to that.” Chase then went on to explain that the girl meant more to him than just a casual hookup, but he moved to Los Angeles and she moved to Colorado.

My absolute favorite line is “I wish I missed my 10 am shift”, why? Everyone has those moments when they have responsibilities they have to take care of and sometimes you wonder what if you stuck around. Would things have changed? Who knows, because you had to take care of those responsibilities.

Big shout out to the female vocalist on the track Miranda Lambert! She sounded incredible!

Soldier’s Sign Makes Miranda Lambert Stop Mid-Performance

I’m not crying, you’re crying. Okay, I am crying too. It’s okay, let’s all just cry together with Miranda, it’s not weird at all.

In case you can’t read the sign, it said “3 Tours of combat and your voice is the last thing I listened to every night”. No wonder why she couldn’t finish the song.

Miranda Lambert Releases New Song ‘Vice’

Let me be real, I am obsessed with this song. Miranda Lambert is such a badass, at least I feel like she is. All of her songs she talks about being bad, and this song is no different. Personally I am pretty sure that everyone has a vice, whether it is alcohol, drugs, or a person, so anyone can connect with this song.

This is her first single since her and Blake broke up, and I think it is the perfect song. Just a slow beautiful song with emotional lyrics, that’s all you need.

Miranda Lambert Steals The Spotlight On The CMA Red Carpet!

Don’t they say that the best revenge is looking better than before? Well, I think that Miranda absolutely did that. I mean she just fucking slayed the red carpet, am I right? She is killing it in a tight black dress, put some pink in her hair, and has a nice little tan. I really think that Miranda looks better than ever before, I mean my goodness Miranda!

Kenny Chesney Announces 2016 Summer Tour With Miranda Lambert & Sam Hunt!

I need tickets to this show and I need them now! Alright now I wouldn’t consider myself a country fan by any means. I know mainstream country music and I love that but this concert is one I need to be a part of. Miranda Lambert is my spirit animal. She is just a woman who loves to drink, drink, and cause trouble. She is my girl. Kenny is pretty badass too, seriously one of the coolest singers out there. I swear he just hangs out on some private island he probably owns and writes laid back country hit after hit.

To be honest I am surprised that Kenny brings such big names on tour with him. Most singers of his caliber would simply have a few nobodies to open up the show so the show was about him. Not Kenny, this past summer he had Jason Aldean on tour with him. Apparently Kenny just loves having giant names with him so he can sell out football stadiums around the country. Can’t blame him.

You can’t forget Sam Hunt though. That man is absolutely gorgeous and his sing/talk country music really gets me going.

This is going to be the concert of the summer, I am absolutely sure of it. The concert that everyone is going to need to get tickets for.

Blake Shelton & Miranda Lambert Are Divorcing!

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are getting divorced  … TMZ has learned.

The couple filed divorce docs a while ago, and a judge is expected to officially end their 4-year marriage today.  We’re told Blake is the one who filed.

We’re also told all the financial arrangements have been worked out … made easy by the fact that they have a prenup. 

The divorce was filed in Oklahoma.

Our sources say he will get the ranch in Oklahoma and she’ll get the family home in Nashville.  Our sources say Miranda has been moving her show animals — horses, a camel and a llama — off the ranch in the last few days.

Although a lot of people hate on TMZ they are usually right when it comes to this stuff, they don’t post most of their articles without at least some knowledge. So that is the only reason why I am posting this before they have made a statement.

I just want to start this off by saying, love is dead. Love is absolutely dead. If two rednecks who love to drink, shoot guns, and sing can’t make it work? Where is there a chance for any of us to make it? There is no chance! That is what I am trying to say! First Ben and Jen break my heart, now Blake and Miranda want to stomp on it a little bit more, make sure it is nice and broken.

Blake, what is wrong with you? Have you not heard the song ‘Gunpowder and lead’? I mean Miranda doesn’t play!

Honestly, one of the weirdest things about this is the fact that Miranda owns a show camel. I didn’t even know that those things existed. I didn’t know anyone would even want a pet camel let alone one to show!

I hope that Miranda comes out with some real angry music, just straight up crazy music. That would be awesome.

Grammys 2015 – Complete Nominations List

As many people know, the Grammy’s are the biggest night in music and they are being held tonight! I personally can’t wait to watch the red carpet and see some of the catastrophes. I believe that Katy Perry will have something weird on, just a weird prediction. Taylor Swift will wear either a dark blue or a white, and then Justin Bieber will not even be there. Some of my predictions.

Last year I put together a list of who I wanted to win, who I thought was going to win, and who actually won. So right now I will pot all of the nominations, and predict who will win verse who I want to win! The bold will be who I think will win, and the italics will be who I want to win. Last year I did terrible, here’s to hoping I do better this year!

I also didn’t post every category because I know nothing about Latin music, contemporary music, or anything like that, sorry guys.

I think that Sam Smith is going to win because everyone is obsessed with him, I personally hope he fades out after this Grammy hooplah ends.

So I am really rooting that A Great Big World will pull this one off!

Miranda Lambert & Meghan Trainor Team Up To Sing ‘All About That Bass’ -CMA’s 2014

Last night was the CMA Awards and everyone was all excited about it because for basically what, the seventh time in a row or something Brad and Carrie were back on stage. They are hilarious together, like the Tina and Amy of the country land, can’t be mad about that.

This was one of my favorite performances of the night simply because I love both Miranda and Melissa. I have no idea why I have such an obsession with Meghan Trainor but I just can’t stop. Maybe it is because she is a Massachusetts girl and we love our own. That is probably most of it. Miranda killed it too though! I really love that crazy bitch, can’t lie.

I do think that they could have done a little bit more in their performance, they were just kind of standing there but hey, it was still good. Sounded good, they looked good. There you go ladies! Also, I think you two should do a duet, just saying.

Miranda Lambert & Carrie Underwood Drop Music Video For ‘Something Bad’!

I think that we can all agree that this song is going to be a summer anthem for all the females out there who love country music. For the past year or so men have been conquering the country music scene and now it is the ladies turn again! How can you not love this song? It is so simple, so catchy, so good, that simple.

This music video is pretty bad ass too, just Miranda and Carrie causing trouble and robbing banks. They both look really hot here too right? I mean they can both be my woman crush Wednesday and it is only Saturday.

This song will be on repeat for the next month and I will watch the music video daily.
