Is it weird that I want to frame this photo? Probably but I don’t care.

A few weeks ago Shane West and Mandy Moore were basically doing an AMA on Twitter about what it was like filming ‘A Walk To Remember’ together. Mandy went on to say that she wanted to have a reunion with Shane and the director of the movie, Adam Shankman.
Well it looks like last night that reunion happened! Shane clarified that it was after that Super Bowl of course!
Everyone who follows this blog probably knows how much I love anything that is nostalgic, so I am all about this Instagram post.
Shout out to both Mandy and Shane who have aged like fine wine.
Can you even believe that ‘A Walk To Remember’ came out 15 years ago? Well actually, I can believe this. It took me way too long to see it after it came out though. I can remember being younger and thinking it looked too sad and then in high school I finally watched it, and I was right, it’s an extremely sad movie.
The love story between Jamie and Landon was one that was beautifully written and only showed a glimpse of what Nicholas Sparks had in store of us. Although this may be my favorite story he has ever put together.
Mandy and Shane both did a bit of a Twitter AMA too, which was awesome to follow, check out their Twitters if you’re interested.
Here is what they both posted on Instagram though!
I just need a moment to cry.
Most people are aware of the show ‘This Is Us‘ and how it is definitely one of the best shows on television. I swear the writing of the show just continues to get better and better. The acting is definitely the best on television too. The entire cast is amazing and it’s just such a beautiful story of a family.
Well it looks like NBC wants us to know that they are committed to keeping this show on air because it’s beyond amazing.
Looks like I will need to stock up on tissues every single fall because this show knows how to play with your emotions.
I have said it in previous posts that I am not very good with the whole fashion thing. I know what looks good and I know what doesn’t but I can’t really get into fashion.
Which is why I have asked my good friends Emily and Hannah to help out like they have in the past! Emily is a videographer who loves celebrity gossip as much as I do, I believe that she is even making a celebrity gossip YouTube channel which I will post once it is up! Hannah has her own YouTube channel where she gives make up tutorials and has even had Ashley Tisdale retweet some of her videos!
Here are their thoughts!
5. Mandy Moore
Mandy Moore in Naeem Khan. Mandy has not been on the golden globes red carpet since 2011 and she sure did dress to impress. She looked so elegant in this gown. We loved her hair and makeup. She honestly could have wore her hair up and it still would have been perfect. She made the deep plunging neckline classy! It was all just perfect.
4. Reese Witherspoon
Reese Witherspoon in Versace. Again, another beautiful yellow number. She looked like old Hollywood. We also got major Elle Woods vibes from her tonight! The silhouette was perfect for her and we loved that she wore her hair up and kept the jewelry simple yet eye catching.
3. Lily Collins
Lily Collins in Zuhair Murad. One word: Regal. This dress was breathtaking. For the first time being a nominee this dress will be so memorable to her and to all of us. The color was beautiful and the lace appliqué on this dress should win an award! We were so happy to see her hair up to show off the dress, as well as her bold lip color and dream eyebrows.
2. Viola Davis
Viola Davis in Michael Kors Collection. We love this women! Not only is she a beautiful soul but she sure knows how to slay every red carpet during the awards circuit. This yellow sequin number looked amazing on her.
1. Emma Stone
Emma Stone in Valentino. This was the dress to win in. Everything was beautiful about it. We loved how it was only a couple shades darker than her skin tone because it literally gave her the illusion that she was wearing stars! Everything from the hair, makeup and jewelry was perfection. Easy A if you ask us!
Trends for the night:
We saw a lot of yellow tonight! Viola Davis, Reese Witherspoon, and Masie Williams all donned the bright color.
Deep Neck lines everywhere! Mandy Moore, Emma Stone, Kristin Bell, and Jessica Biel all slayed this trend.
Glitter! If only Glitter was a color! ( It totally is!) Sarah Paulson, Sofia Vergara, Nicole Kidman, Tracee Ellis Ross, Claire Foy, and Priyank Chopra, just to name a few, all rolled in glitter for this event and we can’t get enough. Bury us in glitter.
Can’t go wrong with the LBD mentality when hitting the red carpet. The whole damn world is watching you. It’s a very safe and elegant choice. Also black menswear on women was done by Evan Rachel Wood and Kathryn Hahn perfectly.
Thank you girls for all of the help again!
The glow up with Mandy Moore is real. The first time that she walked the red carpet at the Golden Globes was back in 2000 and now here she is, 17 years later and she hasn’t aged a day.
Tonight Mandy is nominated for her work on ‘This Is Us’ and I am hoping that she wins. Honestly her acting is so insanely perfect and I think that there is a good shot.
She really deserves to be recognized for basically her career. Mandy went from being a bubblegum pop artist to becoming an amazing actress.
Mandy, you look beautiful!
Now let’s be clear, 2016 really sucked, really bad. This year had been a tough one for basically everyone I think we can all agree with that. One good thing happened this year though, Mandy Moore stepped back into our lives. That is reason enough to smile, right?
Mandy is one of the stars in the incredible show ‘This Is Us’ which has captured hearts all over the country. Seriously, I cry every single episodes.
I couldn’t find who Mandy was wearing but I can tell you that she looks absolutely gorgeous!
Killing it like always Mandy.
Oh Mandy Moore I am so happy that you are coming back into the limelight. Of course her new show ‘This Is Us’ is one of the most incredible shows on television at the moment, and she is making the rounds to talk about it.
Well it looks like she was ready to talk about her pop star days on James Corden, something I will never ever complain about. Mandy was by far one of my favorite pop singers of my day and then became one of my favorite actresses.
Well she was on tour with *NSYNC back in the day and good ol’ Justin Timberlake told her she had big feet. I know that everyone loves JT now but come on, he was kind of a fuck boy back in the day. You can admit it, we all know it, it’s okay, he grew out of his fuck boy syndrome.
Also Matthew Brodrick, you’re on watch saying you like NSYNC better than BSB.
For the record, considering Mandy is 5’9″ her foot size is totally normal.
Is it weird that I feel like the Democratic National Convention was the greatest pep rally of all time? I feel like I shouldn’t feel this way but I do. I mean it brought Demi on stage, Eva Longoria, Elizabeth Banks, and many, many more celebrities. It is literally just a hype show for the DNC.
The most important thing it did though? The very most important thing? It brought Mandy Moore‘s voice back into my life. Mandy needs to make a comeback and she needed to make one yesterday! I don’t think that she is going to make a comeback with singing but she is in a new show.
Anyway, back to the song. Let’s fucking go, right? I mean I am kind of over ‘Fight Song’ but then I hear it and realize that I am not over it at all. Rachel Platten is my homegirl, really look up her backstory, you’ll love her even more.
For the record, not trying to make this political, I understand Elizabeth says that the song is for Hillary, but anything accapella just gets me going. You can’t hate me for that!
Shout out to Ester Dean for that breakdown at the end though, you go girl.
Also I have to give a shout out to all the girls from “Pitch Perfect” being in it, the ones that didn’t have many lines but still down that they can sing and were in fact in the movie.
So I am pretty sure that this is going to be a show that I am going to get absolutely hooked on. The preview alone made me emotional. Just sitting at my desk, crying because of how beautiful everything looked.
Now listen, I know I made it seem like Mandy Moore is the only big name that will be on this show but that’s because I am a huge Mandy Moore fan and I am beyond excited that she is going to be back on television. Some other actors involved with the show are Milo Ventimiglia, Justin Hartley, and Sterling K. Brown, just to name a few people.
This show is going to be a hit, it has to be. Also, Shonda Rimes doesn’t write this show so there is a good chance everyone will survive at least the first season, which is always a plus.
Are you excited for ‘This Is Us’ ?
