U.S. Gymnast Madison Kocian Finally Meets Carrie Underwood!

During the Olympics most of the focus was on Simone Biles getting to meet Zac Efron, which I can totally understand. Simone was undoubtedly the superstar of the Final Five and Zac Efron looks like a Ken doll, so of course they made that happen.

One of the Final Five members which was pretty quiet during interviews and everything was Madison Kocian. One thing that she did open up about though was her love for Carrie Underwood. Carrie is Madison’s favorite singer, and I am pretty sure that Madison said that Carrie was her celebrity crush at one point. If she meant to say that? I’m not sure.

Last night Madison was finally able to meet her idol! Look at her smile, just pure joy.

Once the photo was posted, Carrie responded on her official Facebook account saying :”I’m so glad I finally got to meet you! You are so gorgeous & sweet! Thanks for coming to the show! 🇺🇸❤️”.

Stories like these make me wish I had any athletic ability at all.

The Final Five Look Beautiful On The 2016 MTV VMAs White Carpet

The Final Five showed up to the VMA awards and absolutely slayed their look! Gabby Douglas is reportedly dealing with an unknown injury/illness, so she wasn’t able to make it. Aly, Madison, Laurie, and Simone all look absolutely gorgeous though.

We can all agree these girls have had the best summer, right? Just winning gold medals, meeting Zac Efron, and looking absolutely incredible while they do it.

So real talk, how does someone get abs like these? Let me guess. Hard work, dedication, and self control? I like to think that I am a hard worker and have dedication but I have zero self control, so instead I will just look at these abs and say one thing, goals.

I am telling you, these Final Five girls are having the best Olympics of all time and now they are just showing us what happens to your body when you are dedicated to a sport.
