Sophia Bush Dedicates Sweet Instagram Post To Hilarie Burton

One thing that I love about ‘One Tree Hill’ is that a lot of the cast still gets together for reunions and they post it all on social media.

Well, there was no reunion today that I know of, yesterday Sophia Bush posted a happy birthday Instagram slideshow dedicated to the one and only Hilarie Burton.

These two have been friends for a very long time not only on screen as Brooke and Peyton but off screen as well.

Really, that is nothing more to say other than Hos over Bros is clearly still a thing.

Happy belated birthday Hilarie Burton, thank you for giving us one of the most angsty characters of all time.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan & Hilarie Burton Share Major PDA In Barcelona

Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton are rarely spotted together even though the couple have been together since 2009. They are notoriously private but over the past year or so, they have been stepping out just a bit more together.

The couple, along with their son Augustus are currently in Spain so Jeffrey can promote ‘The Walking Dead’.

It looks like these two are enjoying Barcelona, and I am glad that they are starting to show off their love a bit more publicly.

I feel like nobody knows that Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton are actually married and it’s a damn shame. Well it is kind of a damn shame. They definitely like to keep their private lives private which I guess I can respect.

The two have been married since 2014 and have a little boy Augustus Morgan who is now six years old. So the couple have been together for a while now.

They decided to step out and show off their love for the world at the Golden Globes this year, something I am a bit fan of. Maybe they will show off their relationship just a little bit more!

Who would have thought that Negan and Peyton Sawyer would find love?

TRL Premiered On MTV 18 Years Ago!

If you weren’t alive or were simply too young to remember the phenomenon that was known as TRL, I am sorry. Total Request Live was one of the biggest things to happen to pop culture in the late 90’s into the early 2000’s. Every day a new singer, actor, whomever would show up and talk to Carson Daly, after he left, the hosts were Damien Fahey, Hilarie Burton, Vanessa Minnillo (Now Vanessa Lachey), Quddus, and La La Vasquez. All solid hosts, eventually they all left as well and the show had to come to an end, it no longer had the steam that it once had.

When the show started in 1998, it exploded. Everyone wanted to be in the crowd, artists wanted to be there to promote their new albums and new songs, actors wanted to promote their new movies. This movement was something out this world.

The show started to shift in 2006, and by 2008 one of the biggest shows had finally come to an end. In fact I believe MTV gave TRL a two hour finale.

Think about it, there was no YouTube or anything like that, so watching videos on TRL as fans screamed over the song was how we got out 30 second clips!

In case you were wondering the final music video to be played  was Britney Spears‘ “..Oops, I did it again”, it played as the credits rolled.

Although some may not remember this tidal wave of influence that TRL had on the music industry, I do. I can remember them having to shut down Times Square when Backstreet Boys came to promote Millennium, I can remember Justin surprising Britney, and I can remember when Jay-Z said he was retiring and they hung his jersey in the rafters.

All that I can say is thank you TRL for making afternoons in my early teens not suck so hard. Being glued in front of the television wondering who would be number one was the absolute best.

James Lafferty Shoots Down ‘One Tree Hill’ Reunion

“I definitely don’t think enough time has passed since the show ended for there to be some sort of One Tree Hill revival or scripted reunion kind of thing,” James told E! News. “But you just never know what the future brings!” (credit)

Honestly I have one thing to say about this, thank God. It is pretty clear that none of the cast want a ‘One Tree Hill’ scripted reunion to happen any time soon. Sophia Bush and Chad Michael Murray have both basically said the same thing. Hell, even Mark Schwann the created of ‘One Tree Hill’ said the same thing.

As of right now the fan reunions are enough. If you aren’t familiar with them the cast literally hangs out with fans and talks about the show, it is pretty awesome.

The truth is that ‘One Tree Hill’ started out absolutely incredible and I mean that. In a way it changed my teenage years with the inspirational quotes, the incredible music, and Nathan Scott becoming my dream man. The show had a lot of heart, then it just stopped. As a fan I can say that the show went on far too long and had some really stupid storylines. It was almost painful to watch as a fan from the start. I mean how many times can someone get kidnapped in a small town? Seriously, how many times?

Anyway, I am really happy that James decided to squash those rumors because all of the main cast are out there doing their own things now. Also I am still upset that the show went to shit and easily the worst actor on the show, Stephen Colletti, became such a big part of it by the end.

Let ‘One Tree Hill’ rest in television peace and never ever remake it.

‘One Tree Hill’ Premiered 12 Years Ago Today!

Let’s be real, ‘One Tree Hill’ is easily one of the greatest teen dramas to come out in the history of television. I know that is a pretty big statement to make, but I am making it. I would say that the top five go as follows. ‘Dawson’s Creek’, ‘The O.C.’, ‘One Tree Hill’. ‘Gossip Girl’, and ‘Friday Night Lights’. That’s my list take it or leave it.

Anyway, twelve years ago the little show that could started and nine years later it ended. The show that was almost cancelled after five episodes was able to make such a splash it went for nine long seasons. Of course, some may say that the show went on way too long, but hey, not the point.

There Was A “One Tree Hill” Reunion Over The Weekend!

So I like to think of myself as a pretty avid “One Tree Hill” fan. I never missed an episode, until the final season where it just sucked, and I once even flew to Wilmington to meet the cast. I am clearly not that big of a fan because yet again I missed the big Return to Tree Hill weekend! This is when the cast goes down to Wilmington to meet up with fans again and again, I have missed it. Luckily there is something called social media so tons of pictures were taken!

Most of the main cast was there, minus James Lafferty and Sophia Bush. In attendance were Chad Michael Murray, Hilarie Burton, Bethany Joy Lenz, Antwon Tanner, Lee Norris, Paul Johansson, Craig Sheffer, Barry Corbin, Michael Trucco, and Brett Claywell. Pretty stacked line up is you ask me!

I am just going to post pictures and stare in jealous.

There is only one Tree Hill, and that’s Wilmington, North Carolina.

Now I will sing “I don’t want to be” and cry for hours.

The Cast Of One Tree Hill Had A Mini Reunion Over The Weekend In Paris!

Now please excuse me while I cry my eyes out over the fact that Paris gets a One Tree Hill reunion and over here in the United States, we don’t. I know that it is because the show is still airing over there, they are just finishing up some season, but it just isn’t fair!

One thing that you should know about me is that I am a straight up die heart One Tree Hill fan, from the early days of the show until the very end. I could recite you lines, tell you episodes, and I am going to stop now before I end up looking like a complete freak. For real though, One Tree Hill was and still is the only show that I will fan girl over.

The reason that this reunion happened was for a fan convention in France where many cast members showed up to meet with fans, answer some questions, oh and post adorable pictures together on their social media sites. The cast members that were involved included James Lafferty, Paul Johansson, Sophia Bush, Bethany Joy Lenz, HIlarie Burton, Stephen Colletti, Robert Buckley, Shantel Vansanten,Kate Voegele, Torrey Divito, and Antwon Tanner. What a group right? Some of the best main members, and just alright back up cast members. I could roll with that though.

It warms my little One Tree Hill forever fan heart to see a post like this. One Tree Hill was easily the first show that I was obsessed with. I wanted to know everything about the background of the cast, hell I flew to Wilmington to meet the cast one time. Talk about crazy. This post isn’t about me though, it is about Sophia and Hilarie.

There was a lot of talk that Sophia and Hilarie didn’t like each other near the end of Hilarie’s days on One Tree Hill. People were spreading rumors that Hilarie was team Chad after his divorce with Sophia. I guess that is all water under the bridge now though. Sophia Bush just wanted to wish her old friend a good birthday which is really adorable, just another reason to love that lady.

Hoes Over Bros, Peyton and Brooke were the real soul mates of that show!

‘One Tree Hill’ reunion is a no go says Sophia Bush

Everyone has been buzzing about Sophia Bush’s latest interview on ‘What What Happens Live’ for a few reasons. The first one is about her response when asked about her former husband Chad Michael Murray. She said that they had absolutely no business being in a relationship together and kind of left it at that. If I were Sophia Bush I would have went off on a tangent but that is why she is classy and I am just angry. The real bummer for all of the One Tree Hill fans out there is that there will be no movie or reunion any time soon. I watched all 9 fucking seasons of that show, even when it became absolutely horrible, I sat through it. I deserve a fucking movie! First no Friday Night Lights movie, now not One Tree Hill movie! Blasphemy!

There is one big theory that I have about this cast though. They all hated each other by the end of the show. If you think about it, it makes sense right? So Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush got married then broke up. Then the cast probably had to pick which side to be on. My guess it that Hilarie Burton chose CMM’s side while most of the other people chose good ol Sophia Bush’s side. Then Sophia Bush and James Lafferty dated then broke up. Then James Lafferty and Shantel Vansanten dated and broke up. Then Sophia Bush and Austin Nichols dated and well guess what, they broke up!

They filmed a show in the tiny town of Wilmington so they all just fucked each other, allegedly, so why would they want to see each other again? Hell most of them don’t even follow each other in Twitter! Plus the writers have said that they don’t want to be apart of any type of reunion either. In my opinion they owe it to the fans. That is just because I am one.

There is only ‘One Tree Hill’ though and if that means no reunion until the writers put it back together, then no reunion!
