Gavin Degraw Releases New Single ‘She Sets The City On Fire’!

After reading all of the comments I want everyone to calm down, it is just a single. There’s no way that this could be how the whole album sounds. Plus, Gavin is always trying out new styles of music on his album, most of the time you’ll hear multiple different styles in one album. It’s always been like that. Is it different than ‘Chariot’ and other hits? Yes.

Personally I didn’t like it much at first but after a few tries I was really into it. I like the song, I like his voice, everything about it is perfect.

Thank you Gavin for finally releasing new music too! It’s been too damn long!

In my personal opinion, I think that Gavin is extremely underrated. Most of his songs are absolutely incredible, from the lyrics to the melody you can’t go wrong. So this is a new sound but I don’t think it’s a forever sound.

Man Crush Monday: Gavin Degraw

Gavin Degraw’s voice makes me feel all types of ways. It makes me want to fall in love, it makes me want to go out and get wild with friends, it also makes me want to move on from the past. Yes, all of those feels are because of Mr.Gavin Degraw and his incredible song writing ability. Now he of course wrote and performed the theme song for ‘One Tree Hill’ aka one of the best shows ever created.

Truth is that Gavin in my opinion is one of the most underrated artists out there at the moment. He is constantly touring but he has yet to really headline his own tour, which isn’t fair. Most people don’t even realize how many hits that this man has under his belt. Plus he opens for Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden all the time, which is pretty badass if I do say so myself.

Really though, if you don’t listen to much Gavin give him more of a shot, his songs are incredible.I like to think that the songs that aren’t his singles are even better than some of the ones that he has released.
