Check Out The Full List Of The 2017 Emmy Nominees

So yesterday the Emmy nominations were announced and one thing is for sure, television has never been better. One other thing that we can see is that Netflix is taking over the categories. The content that is available on streaming can go darker, and have such rich content that sometimes isn’t available on cable television.

The Emmy Awards, hosted by Stephen Colbert, will air live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. eastern time.

Usually I try and predict who will win even if I haven’t watched the show so all of the names you see in bold, that is who I think will win. Really I have no basis to form my opinions, but I am going to do it anyway!

Also these aren’t all the nominees, I lied. I just did the main ones, I couldn’t get into make-up and all of that stuff. Don’t hate me for being lazy.

Rewatch Jimmy Kimmel’s Emmy 2016 Monologue

Image result for jimmy kimmel beard

I am going to decide something right now. Jimmy Kimmel should host everything. He is just a little bit mean but is hysterical. That is something I never understood. People have always said that Jimmy Kimmel is mean to his guests. He simply asks them questions to make them think, or be slightly uncomfortable. It is better than just sitting there and laughing like Jimmy Fallon does with all of his guests.

Last night he did great with the Emmys though! I think this was the first time I was actually entertained through out an entire show. So good job Emmys!

His opening monologue absolutely killed me too. I thought that it was perfect, and everyone was laughing or uncomfortable, the way that it should be.

So here, I have decided that all award shows will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel or Tina and Amy, no other choices. Okay? Okay.

‘Stranger Things’s Millie Bobby Brown, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo Sang “Uptown Funk”At The Emmys

Photo published for YouTube: elenco de "Stranger Things" bailó "Uptown Funk" en los Emmy 2016 [VIDEO]

Usually I get annoyed by child celebrities but these kids are just so likable. They are also incredibly talented, which I feel like I just have to respect at this point. I have no idea why this wasn’t on the live television cast but it should have been. One of the best parts of the show was when these guys biked out and gave out pb&j sandwiches.

God bless these little superstars, no doubt that ‘Stranger Things‘ will be nominated next year so hopefully we get more of this!

Leslie Jones Takes Selfies With Everyone At The Emmys!

Leslie Jones has had a pretty tough year but if you looked at her Twitter last night you wouldn’t have known! Obviously internet bullies have been out in full force against Leslie Jones for no reason. All that she wants to do is make people laugh and live tweet ‘Game Of Thrones’ that is really it.

I am glad that she didn’t let the haters keep her down for too long, she even made a joke about the hacks last night. It is nice to see that she is able to move on from the past and look into the future. Those hackers may have released her photos but Leslie Jones got the last laugh because last night, she took selfies with EVERYONE at the Emmys.

If you think I am kidding, get ready to scroll for five minutes to see all of the famous faces!

Selfie queen.

Tori Kelly Gives Beautiful Performance Of ‘Hallelujah’ At 2016 Emmys

Last night Tori Kelly showed up at the Emmys’ to honor those who had passed away over the past year. It was truly such a beautiful moment of the show. Tori’s voice was beautiful and it was almost heartbreaking in a way. Tori is one of those singers who you actually believe it when you hear emotion in their voice.

One of my favorite moments of the night for sure.

Take a moment and listen to the beautiful rendition of this incredibly famous song.

This is an open letter to her manager Scooter Braun.

Dear Scooter,

Stop spending all of your time on controversial artists like Bieber and Grande, and signing Kanye. Focus on the raw talent like Tori Kelly, that will make the music world better.

Thank you,

Willi Killiams.

Man Crush Monday: Sterling K. Brown

Image result for sterling k brown

Last night Sterling K Brown won big at the Emmy’s, taking home the award for his performance in The People v OJ Simpson. I didn’t watch the show but I heard that Sterling’s performance was absolutely incredible, as were most of the performances in the show. Well it seemed like people either love it or hated it, but for the most part loved Sterling, which is all that you can hope for, right?

On the red carpet, Sterling said that he has been in this business for 15 years and never thought he would even be nominated. Well now you’ve won Sterling, I can’t wait to see what is next for you!

On another note, Sterling was one of the best dressed men on the red carpet last night, which made him my top pick for Man Crush Monday! Kind of a no brainer.

Happy Monday! May this tall drink of water quench your thirst!

Taraji P. Henson Looks Perfect In Yellow On The Emmys’ Red Carpet

Taraji P. Henson rocked the most popular color of the night, yellow, on the red carpet!

Taraji is an absolute queen though, and I mean that. She is seriously so hysterical, in her interviews, on social media, all of that. She is a hard working actress, who kills it as Cookie on ‘Empire’.

Thank you for looking beautiful and looking like a ray of sunshine!

Liev Schreiber Brings Son Sasha To The Emmys

Usually the idea of going to an award show is to dress up and bring a smoking hot date. Liev Schreiber is obviously married to the very beautiful Naomi Watts but he decided to bring his son Sasha (who is actually named Alexander Pete, he just goes by Sasha), to the show!

These two both dressed up in their best James Bond attire and owned the red carpet together!

The two definitely won the red carpet together!

Rami Malek Looks Dapper On The 2016 Emmys’ Red Carpet

Rami Malek is an absolute babe, right? I mean just look at him. I love that he wore white on white, and a black bow tie. His hair is perfectly gelled, his jawline is looking on point, like always.

Tonight Rami is nominated for his first Emmy, so that is incredible exciting for him. Considering he was known for playing King Tut at ‘Night At The Museum’ to being a lead in his own television show. Big step up for him!

He is talented, incredibly attractive, and very humble!

Good luck Rami!
