Elton John Cancels Shows Due To Bacterial Infection

So Elton John has been reportedly fighting a potentially deadly bacterial infection so he has had to cancel all of his shows for the next month.

All that I can say is good. I mean, I can’t lose Elton John right now, there have been so many legends dying and we still need Elton. Okay universe? Don’t let the sun go down on Elton yet!

Caesar’s Palace released a statement on Facebook to explain Elton’s cancellations.

Elton also took to Instagram to thank his fans for their support.

Get well soon Elton and take all the time you need to get healthy!

Watch Elton John Perform Emotional Tribute Dedicated To George Michael

Elton John and George Michael l had been great friends for many years before George’s passing earlier this week. The two of them had shared the stage together and even off stage spent a lot of time together.

As most people know George passed away this week due to heart failure and Elton had already taken to Twitter to say how much he will miss his friends. He is also performing at George’s funeral and last night he dedicated a song to the late singer.

The legendary singer opened his Las Vegas show with “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me”, a song that he sang with George on stage.

It was clear that Elton was emotional but the show must go on.

Paul McCartney, Elton John, Madonna. And More Mourn George Michael

It’s pretty clear that with the loss of George Michael the music industry has taken a real hit. This year we have lost Prince, David Bowie in the music department. Other legends like Muhammad  Ali, Alan Rickman , Alan Thicke, Gene Wilder, and Florence Henderson have all passed away as well.

Let’s be real, 2016 has been a dumpster fire of a year.

We need a good 2017, okay? I am throwing that into the universe.

Of course though, with George Michael passing away, celebrities took to Twitter and Facebook to mourn the loss of this legendary musician.

Celine Dion Turns Down Invitation To Perform At Trump’s Inauguration

Apparently President-elect Donald Trump asked Celine Dion to perform at his inauguration and she said no way Jose. I assume that is something she would say since she is kind of strange. I love the woman but she is a little odd duck for sure.

So far he has 2010 America’s Got Talent winner Jackie Evancho to sing the National Anthem but most people know that it would be career suicide to perform at the event.

Celine isn’t the only superstar to turn down Trump’s offer to perform at his inauguration. You can add Garth Brooks, Elton John and Andrea Bocelli to the list of people that have turned him down.

Apparently he is getting desperate for some entertainment but Hollywood has decided that they don’t want to perform because they don’t support him.

Kid Rock and Ted Nugent will probably perform since there aren’t many entertainers who are interested.

Watch James Corden Sing “All I Want For Christmas” With Mariah Carey, Adele, & More!

I keep saying that James Corden is the kind of late night at the moment and I am going to firmly stick with it, especially after this skit. I absolutely love everything about it. Obviously he has been planning this Carpool Karaoke for a while since a lot of these carpools happened over the summer and it makes me love it more.

Any video that has Mariah Carey , Demi, Adele, Selena , Lady Gaga, and Elton John all singing in it is definitely something I can get behind. Of course there were a few other people in it but whatever.

James, keep doing the damn thing, you’re winning.

Also, this is the best Christmas song ever, right?

Elton John Pays Tribute To Prince

Personally Elton John is by far one of my favorite artists of all time, he is a legend in his own right. It’s nice that he spoke about a bit of a personal story with Prince. I wasn’t even aware that Prince had a Vegas show, but I guess it makes sense.

After all of the stories that have come out over the past years I think it is pretty clear that Prince lived his life how he wanted to and he had a lot of fun, something you have to respect.

There have been so many tributes over the past few days I will try and put up as many as possible, Prince deserves all of the tributes possible, he is someone who can never be replicated.

Elton John Sings Carpool Karaoke With James Corden

James Corden is quickly becoming my absolute favorite host of late night television. I mean seriously, this carpool karaoke segment he does is absolutely perfect. It is almost like the celebrities forget they are kind of being interviewed, simply because it is fun, it is really fun.

Let’s be real though, driving around Elton John and singing with him? Could their be anything better than that? Elton John is by far one of my favorite singers of all time. His voice is off the charts and James was keeping up with him! You have to respect that!

Elton John Performs Duets With Demi Lovato & Shawn Mendes

No matter who you are the name Elton John should bring you chills because he is that legendary. There aren’t many singers who can stand the test of time like Elton has. He is an icon, a true icon and we are lucky to say that we lived in a time where he is performing.

On Wednesday night Elton and his band played at the Wiltern for a very special and rather intimate concert. Elton decided to bring out some young talent with Shawn Mendes, singing “Tiny Dancer” with him and the queen Demi Lovato singing “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” with her. Unfortunately there will probably be readers who are only here for either Demi or Shawn but let me tell you something. Go to Youtube and listen to some of Elton’s songs, you will love them. I promise you that.
