The Demi Lovato & Kathy Griffin Feud Has Been Reignited!

Image result for demi lovato and kathy griffin

Oh shit! Last night Demi threw some serious shade Kathy Griffin after her apology about the Donald Trump photo.

Their weird feud goes all the way back to 2014 when Kathy was asked who the biggest celebrity douche she had ever met was, she responded Debbie (Demi) Lovato. Demi went on to say that she was only a douche to people she couldn’t stand.

Really I love Demi but there have been plenty of reports that she is a lowkey asshole. A lot of people who work on her tour say that she doesn’t even say hi to them. So I mean, maybe Kathy wasn’t wrong.

Anyway, after Kathy apologized about the beheaded Trump photo, Demi spilled some tea with one simple tweet.

Kathy Griffin Fired From CNN After Controversial Trump Photo

Listen, if you haven’t seen the photo of Kathy holding Trump’s head, just go and Google it, I am not going to post it here.

In my opinion, Kathy Griffin absolutely went too far by posting this photo, but that’s what comedians do. They are known for pushing the limits and all of that shit.

Trump took to Twitter to call Kathy disgusting or whatever, but he had no issue supporting Ted Nugent when Ted said Obama should be killed.

It’s all a lot of hypocrisy.

CNN even dropped her from their New Year’s Eve telecast that she has been on since 2007.

Was it wrong posing a photo like that? Absolutely.

I am still a fan of Kathy, I stand by the comedic legend.

Dwayne Johnson Might Run For President One Day

Peggy Sirota/GQ

Let me be clear, now that Donald Trump was able to make it into office, there will be more celebrities in office.

Don’t even start with that whole, well Donald is a business man shit, no he has always wanted to be famous that’s why he had reality shows and all of that shit. Don’t start with me, okay?!

Sorry for yelling.

Dwayne Johnson opened up to GQ magazine about a possible presidential run and sure, I will vote for him. Why not? He is clearly a smart businessman and took the right chances in his career to get to where he currently is. Right?

He opened up about the presidential run, Hilary and Donald, along with a few other topics in the interview which you can check out here.

On why he didn’t endorse Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump: “I feel like I’m in a position now where my word carries a lot of weight and influence, which of course is why they want the endorsement. But I also have a tremendous amount of respect for the process and felt like if I did share my political views publicly, a few things would happen—and these are all conversations I have with myself, in the gym at four o’clock in the morning—I felt like it would either (a) make people unhappy with the thought of whatever my political view was. And, also, it might sway an opinion, which I didn’t want to do.”

On if he would run for President: “I think that it’s a real possibility. A year ago, it started coming up more and more. There was a real sense of earnestness, which made me go home and think ‘Let me really rethink my answer and make sure I am giving an answer that is truthful and also respectful.’”

On his gym time: “But the biggest reason for this [seclusion] is that my gym time is really the only time I have an opportunity to be away from the public and by myself. So I get a lot of work done in here. Not only training. It becomes my meditation. Nobody bothers me here.”

President Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, has a nice ring to it.

Celine Dion Turns Down Invitation To Perform At Trump’s Inauguration

Image result for celine dion

Apparently President-elect Donald Trump asked Celine Dion to perform at his inauguration and she said no way Jose. I assume that is something she would say since she is kind of strange. I love the woman but she is a little odd duck for sure.

So far he has 2010 America’s Got Talent winner Jackie Evancho to sing the National Anthem but most people know that it would be career suicide to perform at the event.

Celine isn’t the only superstar to turn down Trump’s offer to perform at his inauguration. You can add Garth Brooks, Elton John and Andrea Bocelli to the list of people that have turned him down.

Apparently he is getting desperate for some entertainment but Hollywood has decided that they don’t want to perform because they don’t support him.

Kid Rock and Ted Nugent will probably perform since there aren’t many entertainers who are interested.

Kanye West & Donald Trump Hang Out In NYC

Just when you thought 2016 couldn’t get any weirder, it happened. Actually, maybe this makes a lot of sense. The two most narcissistic people who love Twitter rants hanging out. According to Trump the two of them have been friends for a long time and Kanye recently told the crowd he would have voted for Trump if he voted, even though the whole Kardashian clan were very vocal about supporting Hillary.

Reports are saying that Kanye met with Trump because he wants to help the President elect try and clean up the streets of Chicago. Yeezus wants to lend his voice to try and work with Trump when he becomes President, that is kind of admirable right?

As most people know Kanye was recently released from the hospital after a very public breakdown on stage, so it only makes sense to fly to New York right after he gets out of the hospital, right?

Can we talk about how Kanye is blonde now?

So many questions about this, so many, yet some how I don’t want answers. I just want to use my imagination about their conversation.

Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui Comes Out As Bisexual

Earlier this week there were photos leaked of Fifth Harmony member, Lauren Jauregui kissing a female. I am not sure who it was or anything but I felt like those leaked photos should just stay away from my blog. It probably would have given my clicks but I just didn’t feel right posting them.

Yesterday though Lauren wrote a very powerful letter on Billboard about being a woman, and opened up about being bisexual, in the new Trump America that we are about to have to live in.

I will be posting my favorite passengers from it, but I think you should read all of it. Considering how well written the piece is, it deserves to be read, and you can read it all here.

Lauren starts off by saying “To every single Trump supporter trying to say that voting for Trump does not mean that you are racist, homophobic, sexist, xenophobic, assholes… that you just like the way he didn’t really care what people thought and just said whatever he wanted… that he wasn’t a politician, so he wasn’t part of the establishment and didn’t have corrupt money backing him…”

On womanhood, Lauren gets real about it. She gets very real about how it is actually harder to be a woman. “I am proud to be a woman. Proud that the sex between my thighs provides a strength and resilience in me that only other women can feel, that my body curves in ways that allow me to create life within me, that my entire life is filled with adversity and doubt and people questioning my intelligence and my artistic potential and my expression of myself and my virtue and honor because I am too much woman. I am proud that I get to prove them all wrong. I am proud that I have to work even harder for it. I was raised to feel that I can do ANYTHING, and I will always believe that.”

She ends with a very passionate and important final statement “we are not America indivisible any longer, we are united on two separate sides; Love and Hatred. We are not “whining” about our presidential choice losing, we are screaming battle cries against those whose political and personal agendas threaten our lives and sanity. We are making sure you hear us, no matter how much it bothers you, we EXIST.”

All that I can say is good for Lauren. She is using her platform to come out and talk about real issues. She is only 20 years old and clearly wise behind her years.

Thank you for speaking your mind.

Seth Meyers Shares Remarks on Donald Trump’s Presidency

Okay, so maybe I will post one more thing about the election, I am sorry. I said what I had to say but after this video I really feel like Seth hit the nail on the head.

Okay, now I am really done.

For the record when he talked about his mother and got teary eyed, I lost it.

My Final Thoughts On Election 2016

Image result for donald and hillary

I would like to start off by saying one thing. I am not pro-Trump and I am not pro-Hillary. I am pro-humanity, in my opinion social issues are at the very top of my list. As I go into my ramble, I am sure it will simply seem like an attack on Trump, but it is not meant to be. I am simply writing about how I feel, what I have seen since the election started, and how I hope and pray that this country can come together.

After this post, I will also go back to writing about celebrity gossip and only mentioning Trump or Hillary if they are Ellen or any of the late night James/Jimmy programs.

For the past year, or however long it has been this election has taken over our lives. From social media to television, this election has been in your face and it has been intense. Whether it is Trump saying that he wants to build a wall, bringing up the DNC and how they rigged it so Hillary could run for President, or your neighbor posting about how he doesn’t want his guns taken away from him. This is what we have been dealing with. Everything in your face and people not understanding clickbait, reading headlines rathe than doing research, believing fake memes, it’s been a real shit show.

Now that it is over, I have done my best to collect my thoughts, I have read so many different posts on social media, and I have really done some reflecting. I voted for Hillary, she wasn’t my first choice but I couldn’t bring myself to vote for Trump. I decided I wanted to go with who I thought would be better for humanity. For the record, I have voted both Republican and Democratic, so the use of the new coined phrase “libtard” can’t apply to me. Well, I guess it could but I won’t accept that label.

I know what you are thinking right now, another millennial about to talk about their feelings. Maybe you’re going to call me a crybaby or tell me to go to my “safe space”. Let me be the first to say, fuck you. Feelings are allowed, you’re allowed to be upset about things that directly affect people that you know. If you don’t know anyone who could potentially be affected, then that is great for you. But you also have blinders on.

Sitting here writing this, I keep telling myself that this can’t be the America that I love. The America that I have always been so proud to stand up for. The America that I saw come together after the Twin Towers fell, the America that I saw support Boston when the marathon bombings happened, the America that supported LGBTQ communities after the Pulse nightclub shooting.

America is currently frightened. They are scared of fucking everything. They don’t want to lose their guns, they don’t want to lose their jobs, it is a scary time. Considering I am a recent college grad who has yet to land a good paying job and I have $35,ooo in debt. It’s scary. Trump tapped into the fear with many Americans.

I am seeing a lot of posts about God lately, a lot of posts about God with this election. People are saying that there is no God or that God picked the right candidate. They believe that with Trump, God will be back in the White House, no one will sit for the National Anthem anymore, and every school will say the Pledge of Allegiance again.

My God is a loving God. I believe in loving others, love thy neighbor. Many members of my family are Trump supporters, but at the end of the day I still love them. I will still hug them at family events and I will continue to support them in whatever ventures that they choose.

I love the LGBTQ community, many of my close friends are a part of that community and they are scared. They have a right to be frightened if you look at Mike Pence’s stance on how he feels about the LGBTQ community. You are not alone, that is the one thing that I wish I could tell everyone that needs to hear it. You are not alone, your allies are here for you and we stand by you.

I love my Muslim brothers and sisters that are not a part of the radical Islamic culture that this country has painted. To the ones who are going to be afraid to wear their hijab in public due to fear of ridicule.

I love all victims of sexual assault who see the man who assaulted them moving into the Oval Office. Here is where someone brings up Bill Clinton and how Hillary stood by his side right? Mmelania stood by Trump’s side as well, don’t forget that. A man who has a long history of cheating on his wives, talking down to women, it could be Bill or Donald, but Bill wasn’t the one running for President.

I pray that children don’t listen to the hateful rhetoric that has been spilled all over the media. I pray that children remain innocent and don’t judge their fellow classmates due to race, religion, or looks. I have already heard of students telling other students that they are no longer welcome in this country now that we are living in Trump’s America. May their teachers, parents, and other adults find strength to correct them and remind them that this country was founded on immigrants, and the fact we live in this melting pot makes America great.

We were trying to smash the glass ceiling but unfortunately, the country decided that we wanted to build a wall instead.

On November 9th, Trump won. Trump is going to be the next President of the United States. Do I respect him? No. Do I think a grown man who isn’t allowed to use his own Twitter should be given the power to decide if I can get an abortion or not? No. Do I respect the position that he is about to hold? Yes. It is a very hard pill to swallow but the electoral college voted and he is the next President. A man who decided to be an outsider, a man who based a campaign on fear is now promising to bring America together. I pray that he does that to. I pray that he was all talk and considering his Democratic background, we must hope and pray that his views change on social issues, and can change his rhetoric.

All that you can do now is focus on yourself, focus on the ones you love, and continue to spread the word of love. It doesn’t matter if you voted for Stein, Trump, Clinton, Johnson, or fucking Harambe,  we must continue to move forward.

Personally, I will continued to support LGBTQ rights, I will continue to rally for stricter gun laws, and I will continue to do what I can in the fight against Global Warming.

I needed to get all of that off of my chest, thank you for reading if you did. I know, get back to writing about celebrity drama, right? I just felt like I had this writers block until I unloaded all of this.

I see you as a person, not as a vote. I don’t see you as a Republican, Independent, or Democrat. I judge people based on their actions and words not on their vote.

Please remember though, this world is full of good people. Even if times of darkness we rise up. Life is precious, any moment it can be taken away from you. Live life in the most positive way that you can. If you feel despair, take in a deep breath and exhale it. Don’t hold onto that anger. It’s okay to feel it, but don’t hold onto it for too long. .

I know we can’t all get into a group hug and fix this country, this world isn’t full of rainbows and puppies. Start with yourself, speak up, hug the ones you love, and fight like hell.

Don’t let this world make you cold.

For the record, I am taking myself out of the narrative of this country. If you don’t know what the means, I suggest you do your research before you get lost in it.

Eminem Releases New Song “Campaign Speech”!

Image result for eminem

Eminem is back and he is back to his angry music! Yes! The last few albums that Eminem has released haven’t been my favorite but this song? I like this song, I can get behind this song. It’s pretty vulgar, but that’s Eminem.

Is this is best song? No, but it is very wordy, something that Eminem is known for. For years he has talked about politics in his songs look at “M.O.S.H” and “White America”, so it isn’t a surprise that he wants to speak out on this campaign.

How can one man make so many words work though? Words are Eminem’s thing, you can’t deny that.

Meryl Streep Does A Hilarious Impersonation Of Donald Trump

Meryl Streep is an absolute legend, she has won three Oscars along with many other awards speaks out on women’s rights, and dresses up as Donald Trump.

The actress dressed up as Donald for the annual Shakespeare in the Park Public Theater Gala in New York City on Monday night. According to organizers it was all Meryl’s idea and she even copied most of the mannerisms that Trump has.

God bless Meryl Streep.
