Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Are Totally Dunzo!

Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt and the trigger was a conflict over the kids… TMZ has learned.

Jolie filed legal docs Monday citing irreconcilable differences.

She’s asking for physical custody of the couple’s 6 children.  She is asking the judge to give Pitt visitation.  It’s significant …she does not want Brad to have joint physical custody … only joint legal custody.

Sources connected with the couple tell us … Angelina’s decision to file has to do with the way Brad was parenting the children … she was extremely upset with his methods.

We’re told there was no alleged “third person” … her decision to file was solely over Brad’s interaction with their children.

Jolie, who’s being repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, is not asking for spousal support.

Jolie lists the date of separation as Sept. 15, 2016.

My jaw hit the floor when I read that Brad and Angelina were divorcing. I mean, I am team Jennifer so I was always salty towards them but damn. I never thought that I would see the day. They have both always seemed so in love, they had matching tattoos, and seven children. They seemed like they were going to make it!

It’s interesting that Angelina decided to file because of Brad’s interaction with their children. What does that even mean? I want to know!

Of course they ask for privacy and I want to say that I will respect that, but I know I wont. I am sorry, I just can’t.

I like to think that Jennifer doesn’t care but she is definitely smirking as she reads her smartphone right now.

Still though, what does how Brad interacts with their children mean? It sounds really harsh.

Amber Heard Donates Entire $7 Million Divorce Settlement From Johnny Depp To Charity

Remember when everyone said that Amber Heard wanted to divorce Johnny Depp because of his money? Remember when everyone said that she was just using the whole domestic violence thing in order to get more money? You can all sit down now.

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp settled out of court earlier this week and are officially divorced. Amber received 7 million from Depp and she donated it all to charity. Sorry haters, I can’t hear you right now.

Everyone knows that this won’t even hurt Depp’s career which is too damn bad but Amber will most likely be blacklisted from Hollywood in one way or another.

I have to give credit to Amber though, she stayed with the case, didn’t let people bully her out of it and she gave the money to charity to help others in her situation. That is a stand up move if you ask me.

Jhene Aiko Files For Divorce From Dot da Genius

When you thought that Big Sean and Jhene Aiko have been dating for the past few months but plot twist she is married. Well shit, I didn’t see that one coming. I really had absolutely no idea that Jhene was married, and I definitely have no idea who Dot Da Genius is.

I genuinely thought she went from dating Donald Glover or Childish Gambino, whichever you prefer to call him, to dating Big Sean, who would have thought that she was married?

Well it is clear that it is over, Jhene has officially filed for divorce after only 11 months of marriage.

Jhene is asking the judge to deny spousal support and she cited irreconcilable differences, which means it could literally be anything that you want it to be.

I mean, her and Big Sean were making out a concert not long ago, so I am guessing that probably didn’t help her marriage much.

Amber Heard’s Lawyers Defend Her In Lengthy Statement

Amber Heard‘s legal team has come out to speak against all of the allegations that have been made against the actress after she stepped out accusing Johnny Depp of domestic violence this past week. The news has been covering every single angle of this case and unfortunately shining a bad light on Amber.

Listen, I will say this once. Johnny Depp is innocent until proven guilty, that is something we know for sure. This case should be taken seriously though, I like to think that everyone knows that. Nobody knows what went on behind closed doors between the two of them and the victim blaming that has occurred is absolutely disgusting. There is a reason why many women, and men, of domestic violence don’t come forward.

Here is what her lawyers had to say.

“As the result of Amber’s decision to decline giving an initial statement to the LAPD, her silence has been used against her by Johnny’s team. Amber did not provide a statement to the LAPD in an attempt to protect her privacy and Johnny’s career. Johnny’s team has forced Amber to give a statement to the LAPD to set the record straight as to the true facts, as she cannot continue to leave herself open to the vicious false and malicious allegations that have infected the media. Amber has suffered through years of physical and psychological abuse at the hands of Johnny. In domestic violence cases, it is not unusual for the perpetrator’s playbook to include miscasting the victim as the villain,” the statement continued. “In reality, Amber acted no differently than many victims of domestic violence, who think first of the harm that might come to the abuser, rather than the abuse they have already suffered. Amber can no longer endure the relentless attacks and outright lies launched against her character in the Court of Public Opinion since the tragic events of May 21st. With her statement Amber hopes to give the LAPD the opportunity to conduct an accurate and complete investigation into the events of that evening and before. If that occurs, and the truth is revealed, there is no doubt that Amber’s claims will be substantiated beyond any doubt, and hopefully Johnny will get the help that he so desperately needs.

From the beginning it has been Amber’s desire to keep this matter as private as possible, even though LAPD officers responded to a 911 call made by a third-party. The LAPD officers viewed not only the disarray that Johnny had caused in the apartment but also the physical injuries to Amber’s face. We filed the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage at the very end of the day on Monday May 23rd and we did not serve Johnny with the Petition at the premiere of Alice Through the Looking Glass that evening. We sent a letter to Johnny’s counsel team the next morning making it clear we wanted to keep this matter out of the media. We then held off requesting a domestic violence restraining order as we knew that Johnny was out of the country.

We took the high road. Unfortunately, Johnny’s team immediately went to the press and began viciously attacking Amber’s character. Amber is simply a victim of domestic violence, and none of her actions are motivated by money. Amber is a brave and financially independent woman who is showing the courage of her convictions by doing the right thing against Johnny’s relentless army of lawyers and surrogates.

The Family Law Court is not going to be influenced by misinformation placed in the social media based on anonymous sources. Amber is the victim. Amber is a hero.” (credit)

There are so many questions as to why, Amber and Johnny are obviously going to go through a very bitter divorce and people think that Amber is using this as leverage. Which could be true, who am I to say? I don’t know Amber or Johnny, I have no idea how either of them act. Amber was asking for spousal support and Johnny said he didn’t want to pay, so when money is involved people get nasty, all of that is the truth, we all know that.

My only question is why would Amber do this? Obviously the odds are stacked against her but why would she got up against the biggest name in Hollywood? It would make her look awful if she was lying, she would be blacklisted and never be seen again.

All we can do is see how this plays out in court.

Amber Heard Claims Domestic Violence Against Johnny Depp, Seeks Restraining Order

Well shit, I didn’t see this part of the case coming. I first want to apologize for saying that Amber was crazy for divorcing Johnny because he is eternally hot. Now of course everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Yet as a woman I am praying that Amber wouldn’t make something like this up.

Today she showed up at court with a bruise on her face that happened when Johnny allegedly struck her with his phone.

Here is what TMZ has reported so far

She claims Depp smashed his iPhone on her face.

Heard claims after he allegedly hit her he offered her money to stay quiet, but instead she filed for divorce first thing Monday morning.

It’s interesting … she’s asking for a temporary restraining order claiming there’s an immediate threat of harm, but Depp has been out of town since Wednesday promoting his new movie. Depp’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, appeared on his behalf.

It will be interesting to see what happens but again, I like to hope that someone wouldn’t make up allegations that they were struck by anyone. I know there will be plenty of victim blaming and also people calling Johnny names.

Right now I am going to play neutral and hope that this divorce ends quickly and without any more incidents.

The truth is that people also liked to, and still do blame Rihanna when Chris Brown beat the shit out of her. For some reason the population is usually on the man’s side because they are positive that women lie about certain things, where they got that idea from? I have no idea.

I applaud Amber for coming out about what happened to her, if the allegations are true. So many women live in the shadow of their abusers, I can only imagine how many hide when their abuser is a rich and powerful actor.

Victim blaming is disgusting. That is all I have to say.

Also to everyone saying there is no way Johnny could ever do this, do you know him personally? Think about that. You know his public persona. That is all.

Amber Heard Files For Divorce From Johnny Depp

Well that didn’t last very long, did it? In case you didn’t know Johnny and Amber met on the set of ‘The Rum Diaries’ and went into a very quick engagement into a wedding. Johnny left his long time partner and mother of his children for Amber, and even bought her a fucking island. Now apparently they are getting a divorce, just one year into marriage. In case you didn’t know before this, Johnny was with his longtime partner Vanessa Paradis from 1998 until 2012, so clearly breaking up his family for Amber was worth it.

Like most celebrity divorces Amber filed for irreconcilable differences and is also asking for spousal support for Johnny. Word on the street is that Johnny doesn’t want to pay her a dime, so there is a good chance this divorce will get pretty ugly. According to TMZ, there is no prenup between the two of them, which means there is a good chance that Amber could get half of well, everything.

Johnny is currently out promoting his newest movie and people were curious where Amber was considering she is usually on his arm, looks like we know now.

I am sure they will both date and eventually marry beautiful people after this.

Johnny Depp is probably a real weirdo, but you don’t divorce Johnny Depp. That is all I can say about that. He is eternally hot no matter how intense and strange he is.

Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Call Off Divorce!

Khloe and Lamar have jointly gone to court to dismiss their divorce case, because they want to stay husband and wife … TMZ has learned.

Khloe’s lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge Wednesday morning, asking a judge to withdraw the papers they both signed to end their marriage. The file was sitting in a pile waiting to be processed and signed by a judge. 

The judge granted Wasser’s request and the file is now dead.

Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013, but sat on it for a year and a half because she tried to save her marriage by trying to get Lamar into rehab. She finally gave up this summer.

As we reported, Khloe privately vowed to be by Lamar’s side during his recovery, which will take months, and a few days ago they both agreed to give their marriage another chance. They both signed the document Wasser presented to the judge, asking that the divorce case be dismissed.(credit)

Now listen, if you follow my blog at all you know that I don’t like the Kardashians that much. I will say one thing, I have always like Khloe. I always thought that she was the one who actually had fun and didn’t take herself as a serious reality star, much like Kim. Honestly I don’t like Kim, Kris, or Kylie, the other girls and the slightly forgotten brother are fine by me.

A lot of people said that the Kardashians were simply by Lamar’s side because it was going to make for good television but I genuinely believe that Khloe was there because she loves Lamar. That was the one Kardashian show I watched. Now I don’t remember the name but that was it, all the others, well not so much of a fan.

Anyway, I am extremely happy that these two are going to give their marriage another shot. I am also hoping that they won’t put so much of his recovery on television. As much as I like Khloe I still believe that this family does almost everything for publicity and would do anything to make a dollar. Kris would sell her soul for $10, that’s my personal opinion.

All I can say is good luck to this couple and I hope Lamar has a quick recovery.

Kaley Cuoco & Ryan Sweeting Divorce After 21 Months Of Marriage

Here is some of the least surprising news ever, Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have pulled the plug on their marriage. Over the weekend Kaley confirmed the split and spent the weekend deleting all of her photos with Ryan off of her Instagram account.

I just want to say that I called this a while back. I said it would last just about a year but just under two years is pretty close, right?

Is it bad that I am kind of rooting for Johnny and Kaley to get back together? That would make me so happy. My happiness is most important so get back together you two!

Avril Lavigne & Chad Kroeger Have Split After Two Years Of Marriage

Why’d you have to go and make things so complicated?

Today Avril announced that her and Chad would be breaking up but staying best friends. Don’t all celebrities stay best friends after a break up or a divorce? They are doing what is best for them, and they are staying just friends. Well, I feel lile staying just friends doesn’t work after a divorce, but what do I know?

This couple could have been the greatest rock couple of all time. I wish that I could type in a more sarcastic font I feel like it is really throwing me off on this post.

If this couple can’t make it work, is there hope for any of us? I don’t think so!

Maybe now Avril can go back with Brody because that was one of my favorite odd couples of all time.

Gwen Stefani And Gavin Rossdale Are Getting Divorced!

Honestly guys, what is happening? I am serious. Why are all these incredible couples filing for divorce? Apparently it was Gwen who filed the papers and also said that she didn’t want to give any spousal support to Gavin. I am just, I am really upset. First Jen and Ben, now this? Why?!

If these two could get through the fact that Gavin found out he had a love child, like three years into their marriage I thought that they could get through anything. I really thought that they were in it for the long haul, I guess I was wrong. I am not sure of anything anymore! These two were perfect, at least I thought that they were perfect. They just kept popping out awesome punk rock kids, living their lives. Actually, I know who to blame. I blame ‘The Voice’, apparently that was a big factor with Blake and Miranda.

Really though, I hope that they are able to have a some what low key divorce since they were a very low key couple. But I will say if you cheated Gavin, I am coming for you! Gwen is my homie.
