The Official ‘Chelsea Does’ Trailer Has Been Released!

Chelsea Handler is going there. In this new four-part documentary series, Handler is asking the questions that we all have, but are too afraid to ask. Delving into topics that fascinate her: marriage, racism, Silicon Valley, and drugs– she goes after answers, all with her wry and unique sense of humor. Chelsea Does… premieres January 22, only on Netflix.

I will be one of the first people to say that Chelsea Handler is  personal hero of mine. She is the reason I started this blog. Her show ‘Chelsea Lately’ was one of my all time favorite things but I think I am going to love this documentary so much more than that show. Chelsea Handler is so unapologic, that is what I love most about her. She is hilarious and she admits her faults, she admits to being judgemental although most people will not do it.

Although I love Amy Schumer I am glad that Chelsea is back. This documentary is going to be absolutely incredible and I can’t wait to binge watch it.

Chelsea, thank you for leaving E! so you could do a documentary series with Netflix, this is going to be incredible.

Happy 40th Birthday Chelsea Handler!

Chelsea Handler is one of my personal heroes so the least I could do was dedicate a little post about her on my tiny blog. I am very aware that she may never see this but I did want to thank her for what she has done with comedy and women. I know that a lot of people dislike her, that simply means that she is doing something right, right? If people have negative things to say and you are a comedian, you have ruffled enough feathers to make yourself known, that is an important thing to remember.

Thank you for being awesome and writing hilarious books Chelsea you are incredible. Have a great birthday filled with tons of Vicodin, marijuana, and vodka!

Chelsea Handler Posts Topless Photo On Instagram

One of the many things that I love about Chelsea Handler is that she seriously doesn’t give a fuck. She is one of those people who will do things to push the envelope and that is why I love her. Chelsea is a no holds bars type of person, one that actually says what is on her mind. She admitted that she left her show because E! told her to start being nicer to guests. She did that for a while then clearly she just got bored with it all. She loves making fun of the Kardashians and being on their network was clearly cramping her style.

A lot of people are probably just thinking she posted this photo for attention, which was probably some of it but it is also a big middle finger to Instagram. She has been in a war with them about showing topless photos. Many of her pictures have been removed and she doesn’t understand why. I meant I don’t fully understand why either. I have seen some pretty racy male photos but their shit doesn’t get taken down.

A Farewell To ‘Chelsea Lately’ Thanks For The Seven Years!

Now I have been dealing with the whole series final hangover since ‘True Blood’ sucked the blood out of me because of how horrible it was. I wasn’t ready to see whatever they had in store for Chelsea Handler but after watching the series finale I must say, they did a great job sending her off to Netflix! Mostly because this song is absolute gold, just star studded, off key, and making fun of the E! channel!

I mean just to name a few we say Miley Cyrus, Kelly Osborne, Gerard Butler, Avril, Leanne Rimes, Alanis Morissette, Dave Grohl, Selena Gomez, Kathy Griffin, Vanessa Hudgens, Jennifer Aniston, Jason Theroux, Sandra Bullock, Chloe Grace Moretz, Dane Cook, Kate Beckinsale, Gen Stefani, 50 Cent, Fergie, and the list goes on!

I mean who could get all those names in one room, other than most award shows! Such a perfect mix of B list celebrities and A list celebrities, you just can’t go wrong!

They started it off with a good old shower scene between her and Ellen then ended with that sing along. How could you be mad about that?

I do wish that they showed Selena’s face when they made the dig about Justin Bieber, it would just be hilarious. Plus did you see how uncomfortable Kate Beckinsale looked next to her and Vanessa Hudgens, I am not sure if she even knew who they were.

Honestly, Chelsea Handler is one of the main inspirations for me starting up this blog, loved her delivery, her humor when it came to celebrities, basically I loved that she was the head bitch in charge. Now I know she is going to be doing something with Netflix but it just isn’t the same! I will not be able to fall asleep to her loud voice! That is what DVR is for I guess.

Thank you for the laughs Chelsea and I can’t wait to see what you put together with Netflix!

Chelsea Handler Is Ending ‘Chelsea Lately’ And Leaving E! After 8 Years.

So it looks like Chelsea Handler will be leaving the E! station at the end of 2014! The ratings have been falling but it also for a very obvious reason, she can’t talk like she used to. E! really made her pull back on trashing celebrities simply because some celebrities were afraid to come onto her show. She is also not a fan of the Kardashians which she has made very clear. Let’s be real the Kardashian family basically owns E! and they don’t want anyone to trash talk their trashy family.

I for one am a huge Chelsea Handler fan, I think that she is hilarious, smart, and original, I like her. You can love or hate her but one thing is for sure, she is smart.  In the course of  10 or so years she went from being a nobody to being a house hold name, she knows what she is doing.There is a reason that she is leaving E! and we have no idea yet. I am sure that she will continue being on late night since she has such a huge following but maybe on a better station.

Truth is even if Chelsea Handler is no longer a late night host there is no way that this will be the end of her career, it will probably just launch her career into over drive. Now she won’t have anything holding her back from touring or writing.

So you know what Chelsea, you go girl, you got this! I can’t wait to see what happens when she is no longer held back by the head honchos at E!
