If I could just go and hug the editor of Entertainment Weekly I would because whoever they were, they got the cast back together! Yes! My dream has come true after nearly ten years the gang is all back together. Totally grool right? I meant to say great then it came out as cool, I don’t know. Anyway, so fetch.
The magazine of course didn’t publish all of the quotes and the interview because they are aware people like me won’t actually buy the magazine, simply read it all online. One of the things that was highlighted online though was that Amy Poehler and Tina Fey couldn’t really figure out why Lindsay Lohan and Hillary Duff had issues back in the day, clearly they didn’t know about a little babe named Aaron Carter that played them both!
This just makes my hear extremely happy, seeing all these girls together again. I really never thought that Rachel would be a part of a reunion spread like this because I always felt like she thought she was better than ‘Mean Girls’. I really have no reason to think that, but I still do!
Also each girl said what they thought their character would be doing right now. Lacey of course said that Gretchen would be running the toaster strudel business. Rachel said that Regina would be on one of the seasons of “Real Housewives”. Amanda was spot on saying that Karen would have her pet store that sold dog clothing with crystals on it. Then finally Lindsay said that Cady would be in Africa with Oprah teaching girls to be nice to each other. How adorable are all of those things.
Both Rachel and Lindsay admitted to not knowing any kind of quotes either, so that hurt me a little. Get on that girls, that is why people love you.
One final thing, Tina Fey said no sequel ever. I am extremely happy to hear that. Let this movie bring happiness for generations, and please Lord never let anyone make a remake.
